Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how TechQuery ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our Service.

1. Information we collect

We may collect account information (such as name, email, and authentication identifiers), content you submit through the Service, usage and device information (including through cookies and analytics, as described in Section 3), and communications with support. If you sign in with Google, we receive information from Google as described in their policies.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the Service, secure accounts, communicate with you, measure how the Service is used, comply with law, and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Cookies, analytics, and conversion tracking

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and understand how it is used. We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics and related measurement tags. These collect usage and device information (such as pages viewed, actions taken, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and referring pages) and record conversion events such as account sign-ups and enquiry actions (for example, requesting a quote or starting a chat). This information is processed by Google as our service provider to help us measure and improve the Service and our marketing.

You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using the tools Google provides. Disabling these does not prevent you from using the Service.

4. Sharing

We may share information with service providers who assist in operating the Service, when required by law, or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information as a commodity; adjust this section if your practices differ.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Security

We implement reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You may access, update, or delete certain account information through the Service where available, or contact us for assistance. You can also control cookies and opt out of analytics as described in Section 3. You may have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction (for example, access, portability, or objection).

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of those laws.

9. International transfers

If you access the Service from outside the country where we operate, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the revised version with an updated "Last updated" date.

11. Contact
