Bulk-edit your Shopify catalog in Excel — safely
Editing a store catalog one product at a time doesn’t scale, and native export/import can’t handle metafields or update just a few rows without collateral damage. Ezyupdate exports your catalog to a spreadsheet you edit in Excel, then reimports it with confidence: only the rows you changed are updated, and everything else — including variants and options you didn’t mention — stays exactly as it was.
Coming soon to the Shopify App Store · 7-day free trial on both plans.

What makes Ezyupdate different
Exporting a catalog to Excel is table stakes — every bulk tool does it. These are the things that actually separate Ezyupdate from native Shopify import/export and from other bulk editors.
Why “only the rows you changed” matters
A re-import is where most bulk edits go wrong. When a file is treated as the complete truth, anything missing from it gets wiped. Ezyupdate treats a blank cell as “leave this alone,” not “delete it.”
- Variants stay put: options and variants you never referenced aren’t dropped just because they weren’t in the file.
- Existing data is merged: Ezyupdate fetches the current record first and applies your edits on top of it.
- You choose per row: use MERGE for a light touch, or REPLACE and DELETE when you genuinely want to overwrite or remove.
- Failures are legible: a per-row error report tells you which record failed and why, instead of a silent partial import.
